When is my order shipped?

You receive a confirmation with tracking as soon as your order has been processed and leaves the atelier.

How much is shipping?

Free worldwide on orders over $150. Below that, $9.95 flat. All prices and charges are in USD.

Can I return a piece?

Yes — within 30 days. Unworn, with the label attached. Refunds are issued within 3 business days of receipt.

How secure is payment?

Checkout runs through Shopify Payments over a 256-bit encrypted connection. We never see or store your card details.
